TK-Welt disappointed

We bought a bus tour for two to Bulgaria on Sunny Beach from September 1 to September 13, 2013. We drove from Kharkov.

Firstly, we concluded for ourselves that we should fly to Bulgaria. The move was difficult, and if it all ended with the fact that it was just long, dreary and Ukrainian roads (it was fun worse than a roller coaster). So no: instead of the promised maximum 30, we drove 36, and settled us in general an hour and a half after arriving at the hotel!

And so in more detail:

TC Welt unpleasantly surprised, that is, very, very, very disappointed. The most "interesting" thing began with the arrival of the bus to "Saint Helena and Constantine", where we were transferred to a minibus and we went to Sunny Beach. Firstly, before we were transferred to the minibus, we spent a long time winding through the narrow streets of the resort towns to take one person to the hotel, and the bulk of the people who were going to Sunny Beach were rolled all this time, and then stuffed into the minibus.

Okay, let there be a minibus, then the little things. An hour before reaching Sunny Beach, the bus broke off. The driver immediately said that the car was guaranteed to be in three hours (another driver is now meeting us from the airport, meeting us, driving us and coming to us). Of course, we were not happy to hear this, we called the director of TC Welt, who promised the car in 40 minutes. The car did not come, the director stopped answering calls, his secretary said that he suddenly left in an unknown direction and, as we made sure, he left - not to meet us :)

So, after the promised 3 hours, the son of the driver of our minibus arrived, loaded us up and took us. He dropped me off in the middle of Sunny Beach, showed that we did not have a microtransfer to the hotel (but we paid for the microtransfer to the hotel!), where he was not aware of our Korona hotel at all. Turned around and there it was! We grabbed our suitcases and went looking for a taxi. Found. The taxi driver, to put it mildly, deceived us with the price, but what to do, everyone was very exhausted. Go.

We arrived. And this is not the end of the story! Arriving, we suspected something was wrong due to the nervous tic of the girl at the reception. It turned out that we have nowhere to settle and we have to wait in the lobby for another hour or two! Let me remind you, it was the 38th hour. I omit the details of why they didn’t settle, the responsibility for this allegedly lies with the representative of the Teddy Kam tour operator. And then, the control, it turned out that TK Welt handed us over to "Teddy Kam", this very nice woman :)

We also got back with adventures: the bus broke down and we waited 8 (!) hours for it to be repaired.
