We bought a tour to the Limoncello 4 * hotel in Beldibi. Upon arrival at the hotel, the transferman girl dropped us off at the reception and left. Nobody began to populate us, they said there were no rooms. We began to explain that the time we paid for our stay at the hotel was already underway. it was after 15:00, to which we were told that all the questions for the Tez tour, they sold the ticket without booking seats. As a result, after several hours of wrangling, we were settled for one night in another hotel, also 4 *, not bad, a little smaller, only one pool, but very far from the sea, On the same evening in another hotel, we met this transfer girl and asked why it so happened, to which they heard the answer, it happens, well, they settled you. And what nerves did it cost us !!!! To my appeals to the e-mail of Tez Tour, there is only one answer - we have accepted your letter for work, we wish you and I a pleasant cooperation! Sounds like bullying!!! They brought it, and then come what may with the tourists - Tez tour doesn’t give a damn !!!!! At least be homeless. By the way, Coral Travel provided its tourists who found themselves in such a situation as compensation with a free trip on a yacht for the whole day! And Tez tour was quietly waiting for us to leave home. By the way, the hotel guide in Limoncello Garden 4 * never showed up to meet tourists !!!! If you want to be delivered and forgotten - this is for you on the Tez tour !!!! We will never buy their tours again, their disregard, negligence and redneck is amazing !!!!!.
