Travel agency: Сузір'я Тур (Kyiv) Service type: пакетный тур |
This agency was recommended to me.
I must say that the first impression was very positive.
Everyone was talking, explaining, smiling.
But, judging by the result, I can say that they told a lot of unnecessary things in order to chat with the client, but missed important things.
So, they did not have information about the quality of the rooms. As a result, the room was very tired and terribly dirty. There was no help in changing the number, except for the fact that they advised me to contact the receptionist. Maybe this is not their task, but they themselves offered - write, call if anything. Wrote what?
Also, they did not warn that medical insurance was formal, "to be." When a child fell ill on vacation, only then it turned out that this insurance could not be used, and when I wrote to them, the girl said, well, what do you want, if the insurance costs 30 UAH, then let it be on the conscience of the insurance company.
Seems logical, right? Why wasn't this mentioned before the trip? Did you expect nothing to happen?
Ultimately, the situation looks like this:
I am not a travel professional, so I turned to professionals who can recommend a good vacation and buy me a ticket. As a result, the vacation is ruined. They bought a ticket, but with the recommendations it turned out somehow sad. They did not have information from the hotel they recommended. And according to medical insurance, it’s ugly how it turned out.
That is, they did not cope with their task as a travel agent.
I will not say that do not contact, they say, to them. This is everyone's business. I described my situation as it was.
For my part, I recommend contacting several agencies at once, comparing and choosing, independently studying information about hotels in great detail, not trusting agencies in this matter, because they themselves may not know, and also buying full-fledged insurance for children from an insurance company, i. to. the insurance that comes with the package is a formality.
