bad trip

I want to share with all my impressions of getting to know the Strike Tour company. I chose a tour to Prague for my mother and daughter for a week. I found a *wonderful* site "Strike Tour" on the Internet. At the first meeting, Irina Onishchenko, the manager, seemed to me an attentive and courteous person. I explained to her that I wanted a hotel close to the center and from the place where the group gathered for the tour, as an elderly woman was traveling. I chose a hotel, paid for plane tickets and left for Crimea , later the manager sent an SMS in which she said that the hotel was not confirmed, offered to replace another one a 10-minute walk from the center. I agreed. When my mother and daughter arrived in Prague, it turned out that the hotel was 40 minutes from collection points for the excursion program, or you can get there by metro, with two transfers. Moreover, the hotel room overlooks the construction site. The excursion on the ship was not really included in the tour, I had to buy tickets, we were not warned about this in advance. filed a complaint, I was not greeted at all cordially, proving that 3 kilometers (namely, it was so much from the hotel to the center) can be reached in 10 minutes, that they themselves did not know that there was a construction site nearby, etc. dumped everything on the Czech side.

I want to warn everyone not to contact the tour company where they work, not professional people who do not want to approach their work with responsibility, otherwise the rest will be ruined.

I really regret that I didn’t read the sharp and correct review on the site *TOUR OF TRUTH* before.
