Extremely negative experience. Travel agency is incompetent.

We turned to this travel agency because they and another company can provide a bus tour for children.

Prices were constantly changing, growing by leaps and bounds, as a result, it turned out to be finally agreed when we began to refuse their services. Due to the fault of this travel agency, our trip almost fell through, as the director of the agency, Natalia Pikulina, did not bother to fill out the forms correctly. The bus was given in disrepair, taking into account the fact that children are going to Poland. Instead of 3 drivers, it turned out to be two and a half, since she appointed her husband as one of the drivers, who does not even have the right to drive such vehicles. The bus arrived 7 hours late, and the road broke down twice. The second time in Warsaw the bus was being repaired for 14 hours. Because of this, we were late for the concert by a day. Natalia Pikulina, not only received the money in full and did not fulfill her obligations, she was rude and rude to everyone during the trip. She did not pay for her accommodation and food in Poland, and made a scandal. We had to solve this problem. The host in Poland asked me to come next time without this inadequate madam. A search for reviews on arrival yielded the following results: No positive reviews for this travel agency. Everyone is talking about fraud in one form or another.

She didn’t even apologize for her behavior, not to mention the nightmare that she had to go through through the fault of this travel agency.
