Having bought a ticket to Turkey, I dreamed of a long-awaited and good rest. But due to the fault of this company, back in Boryspil, I suffered morally and financially. Just by issuing me a ticket, the company unfairly fulfilled its obligations. The most interesting thing is that I came to the office of the company and they agreed with their mistakes, but they refused to compensate for my losses. It's a shame that companies like this exist.
