Good afternoon!
I went to Turkey from this company (I bought a ticket at the office on Sukharevskaya), I had to stay at the Porto Azzurro Delta 5 * hotel (ex. Delta Beach), but upon arrival in the country, the guide who met me said that there were no places in this hotel and we settled in the next. It is unpleasant that I found out about this only on the day of arrival. Also, before leaving, I had a question about the meeting party, because they said one thing in the office, but they sent other data in the information letter. Wrote a letter, but received no response. I called the office, where the young man said: “Don’t you see what is written in your documents?” I think that such communication is not appropriate in the service sector.
