We turned to Smarttour with a request to pick up a beach tour to Turkey for two elderly women. Before that, respectively, we talked about the approximate (!) Budget and the main wishes for the conditions, namely the proximity of the sea - 1 line, the level of food and accommodation. According to the results, Smarttour, represented by Elena Gorodetskaya, offered us a vacation at the LARISSA PHASELIS PRINCESS RESORT hotel (5 stars) ( http://www.larissahotels.com/). Of course, the offer was enhanced with photos, descriptions, websites and other things about the hotel. As a result, payment was immediately made in the amount of 100% of the cost, and after receiving the documents, two tourists flew to rest. Later, phone calls from tourists rained down !!!!! In bewilderment, they called and asked the question WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED? Judging by the received photos, the room for two is approx. 20 sq. m., very mediocre shower and stuff. In addition, this settlement was located at a distance of 1.5 km from the coastline and the main hotel. To the questions of SMART TOUR and E. Gorodetskaya, where did you send the tourists, the answer was quite obvious in such situations:. . . . We did not know ! , What did you want ? and something in the middle between these two concepts. As a result of a two-day conversation with SMART TOUR, the representatives absolutely did not give clear explanations for the situation that had arisen, and most importantly, they probably knew the likelihood of such a settlement, but they kept silent about it knowing that we would refuse it. Thus, the hostel room was sold at the price of a 5 star hotel. Perhaps someone will say - this is the aerobatics of commerce, but in fact this is a simple deception of tourists, since no one said anything about this in advance. Conclusion, it was definitely decided for myself that there are no further relationships with SMART TOUR and Gorodetskaya, this is the most irresponsible example in my practice of working with a client as a tour operator. SMART TOUR in this situation showed its failure in the prompt solution of this created problem, and Gorodetskaya showed her incompetence.
