I was given bad advice. They received a deposit and forgot about me, their interest in me disappeared. I had to call them myself, asking what, how and where. They said that you can’t bring food or water on board, they offered to buy Duty Free, and there water 1.5 liters costs 3 euros, it’s good that UIA provided water and tea on board, although we were accompanied by passengers who were calmly traveling with mineral water . →

Everything is fine, they worked well, there were no problems, only there was a slight delay on the return flight. And so, the work of the agency is quite satisfied. →

I really liked the work of the agency, there were no problems with the selection of the tour. On the last day, we were reminded of the departure time, warned when the bus would meet us at the airport. All perfectly. →

Everything was fine, of course I came with them to another hotel, but they suggested a much better hotel, we went to rest in Royal Albatros Moderna 5 *. We traveled with children and at the end of the holiday everyone was satisfied, and the children and adults had a rest. →

I want to share my impressions about the tour operator "Slavyansky Tour", and more specifically about the tour "Paris WOW Weekend". Traveled with my husband. Everything started well. We had a flight from Kyiv to Nuremberg, we were met either by an escort or a transfer driver (in the info sheet it was written that it was an escort after all, as a result it turned out two in one), put us in a cozy minibus and said that the main tourist bus is waiting for us in the city of Mannheim, and that there will be a transfer (at the same time, according to the tour program, which can be viewed on the site of the Slavic Tour tour operator, the tourist bus was supposed to be waiting for us in Nuremberg, but no one told us about this). →

They called, they came, they talked, everything was sufficiently roared. They hung up on the transfer, but it was because people didn't come on the bus. →

I don’t know how much the fault of the travel agency, but this has never happened before. We paid extra money for booking a flight 12 hours earlier, but shortly before departure we were warned that this was not possible and we were refunded an incomplete amount. That is, it turned out that they overpaid for the tour and flew later. But the service itself in the agency was normal. →

The agency is wonderful, reliable, the staff is polite and attentive, everything was perfect. There were no transfers, the transfer was good. →
