My husband and I came to a tour company on December 1, 2015, we wanted a package of documents for applying for a Schengen visa to Lithuania. We agreed that within 10-12 days the package of documents would be ready, because we urgently needed it. At first they demanded 100 euros per person, after 10 days the rest of the amount. Today is 01/13/2016 and we have not seen any money or documents. Until now, every day we call to collect money, and we hear different excuses. Do not contact this tour company, they will either delay the tour or cancel and will not refund the money!!!
