Yesterday 02.08.2019 at 18.30 pm with Victoria (Silpo in Kiev on the street Marshal Konev, 7) agreed by phone on a tour to Spain from "Anex tour" (hotel, tour cost) We agreed to sign an agreement in the morning and arrange a tour. I arrived at the office and then the most interesting thing began, the tour went up by 100 euros per night, Victoria says that Anex raised the price. I say that I took with me only the agreed amount. “Not very good,” says Victoria, but they began to fill out an application for confirmation of the hotel. Half an hour has passed, Victoria with you such and such amount, which is already on !!! 7 thousand UAH more specified !!!. I say that I warned you that I only have with me the amount that I announced half an hour ago and rely only on it.
Victoria replied that she had not heard correctly ... He took the passports and left. Wasted only an hour of my time. I do not recommend "Silpo Voyage" to anyone. I see that Voyage does not particularly value the reputation. It feels like we're back in the 90s.
