This is the second time I use the services of this agency, last time it was 10, and this time it was 9. Everything was great, everything was fine. The agency, however, was not aware of one nuance that is in this hotel where I stayed. Few travel agencies knew about this moment. We had an Annex Tour operator, and we had no problems, the flights were without delays and delays. I did not get on the tour, because I was immediately robbed by our hotel. They immediately demanded money for a normal number not on the 2nd line, but on the 1st, as I first bought. And then the whole holiday went to hell.
