All these hotels, buses and even poor food, which has worsened many times, these are all trifles, but here is the organization ...!!!

The leader of the group, Tatiana, is certainly a very nice, polite girl, but as everyone knows, "a good person is not a profession" was simply terrible in her disorganization, inability to plan, and in general she was simply "afraid" of people!

Instead of organizing a group, she simply sat on the bus and waited for the group to return, which led to sanitary stops not in 20 minutes, but in as many as 40, or even hour-long halts! I have never seen such a group laying carpets and having picnics, there was no question of any observance of the schedule, and in response to claims there was one answer - well, I will drag them by force.

And according to this, the already long and tiring road to St. Petersburg was simply terrible and exhausting!

Further, arrival in St. Petersburg at 6 am! and the impossibility of settling before 2 o'clock in the afternoon at the hotel. Although other groups settled in this hotel at 7 in the morning perfectly. Of course, I understand everything, but you can at least try to pretend that she is trying to solve something, and if it’s impossible to settle in a hotel, I don’t know, come up with a backup option like a base for truckers, campsites, where there is a toilet and shower , and do not excuse us to take us to the shopping center at 6 in the morning so that we wash and change clothes there and that some Tajik woman screams at everyone! and as early as 9 to arrange sightseeing tours, plus Isakiy also wanted to cram an additional one, and this is for people who traveled almost a day! Complete inability to adapt to the situation!

A separate song additional excursions Gatchina, Pavlovsk, Oranienbaum, Yusupov Palace, Kronstadt, it seems that Tanya was given a big kickback for advertising Kronstadt, there was not a single normal story about additional excursions! Not all people carefully read about the city and excursions before going! What happened as a result of all the above excursions outside the city was only Kronstadt! What the heck? This is my second time on this tour, just because of the new side trips I haven't been on! So make such a schedule so that you can compare it with other groups that left in parallel! At the same time, we learned that Pavlovsk was canceled by chance at breakfast, and not from Tanya, as a result, instead of leaving at 10 to Pavlovsk, we got a departure at one o'clock! day and a broken day, since there was no point in going somewhere else, because. It would only take two hours to get there and back!

Food, it’s better to remove it altogether or raise prices a little, but these portions are very small even for girls! and the cancellation of soups is a mystery to me! But it's so petty. Also, lunch-dinners were announced in the program, and they were held either at 12, or at two maximum, instead of 4-5 pm, respectively, every time I had to think about dinner, which also entails additional costs.

The return trip was generally torture, Tanya, instead of asking WHAT people want to buy from food on the way back, and the departure home was from Peterhof, turns the bus back to St. Petersburg, wastes time and gasoline, by the way, in traffic jams, delivers it to a huge a shopping center where you still need to look for food, while she herself also does not know what people buy - rolls, apples, bananas, which could be bought at any store in the suburbs. total - three hours of wasted time and gasoline.

And after a very fast border crossing, 2.5 hours before Kyiv, for some reason, he again makes a stop, which stretches for an hour!!! In general, mediocre, terrible, management and organization of the escort! Dear tour operator, pay attention to the qualifications of your employees and the ability to solve problems and somehow convey your words to the group!

Although the tour itself is very good, which your employee ruined.
