The clear organization of the transfer, wonderful accommodation deserves special praise, including to the tour operator "Pilon" and his managers, two Oksans, who met in Tivat, helped to comfortably get to the place, provided the necessary information throughout the rest. Everything would be so. And the unrest was as follows: "Siesta" issued the documents the day before departure, allegedly this is the custom with the carrier, UIA. It was very unpleasant to be in limbo: the money had already been paid, the checks were on hand, but it is very problematic to prove that in the event of any failure with the transfer of documents, it is not your fault. . . I think "Siesta" needs to review the procedure for exchanging documents in order to maintain the number of loyal customers.
