We wanted to buy a tour to Sicily through a travel agency. Tour operator Siesta. 3 days fooled, then the price of the tour changes, then the prices for air have increased (of course, they have increased if you answer for days). As a result, we received the final price, applied for a reservation, and it turned out that the price was 1000 euros higher! Because they charge extra! For what - did not achieve a clear answer. As a result, we don’t fly anywhere because we didn’t count on such an amount, and other, no less interesting offers were lost due to the fact that the managers of this office were playing for time. And yet, if the tickets do not include luggage, you need to pay extra for it separately, and I want to travel with hand luggage, the tour operator is not interested. He sells luggage to all four (including 2 children) because he wants to! Nasty bastards. I'm furious
