We bought a ticket to the Emirates, a room with two double beds and a cradle was chosen, because we flew to with my husband and three children . Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled in a room with single beds, of course, this did not suit us and was offered another room, but which did not match the one purchased at the travel agency. In the evening, they contacted Olga and she said that tomorrow she could solve everything and we were forced to huddle in the room , sleep on each other. Olya accused us of lying. Rest is spoiled, Olya could not solve anything for the whole day.
