Rebooking a tour with a confirmed booking is not possible

Such an attitude towards work and tourists forces me, as a travel agent, to stop booking this company in the future, and even more so to offer it to my tourists !!! into Tui's furnace, when other tour operators like Tez tour, Anex and even Join Up were sympathetic to such situations and made rebookings.
