It was paid for 7 days of stay due to late arrival and early departure only 5 days.
Met at the airport, brought to another hotel, citing temporary difficulties in ours. They said that early in the morning they would pick us up and transfer us to our hotel and immediately place us. Indeed, they took it early in the morning, but they placed it only after the scandal, because our rooms were supposedly busy. Later it turned out that people left at night, by the morning the rooms had not yet been cleaned. Why did we need to be transported to the hotel early in the morning and why it was impossible to bring us in the evening, or after dinner, when the rooms were ready for check-in, we were not clearly answered.
Separately, I would like to mention the lack of ability of employees to talk with customers. There was a conflict on the bus from the airport. There were 4 with us! travel agency employee. Of these, only 1 somehow tried to resolve the situation, the rest entered into pointless disputes with the client and only aggravated the conflict. Although our compatriot was very, very wrong in some moments, it is unacceptable to talk to clients in this way.
The hotel guide also did not differ in the ability to resolve conflicts, and our hotel staff regularly created them.
