change the time of departure of aircraft!

We chose this company because we heard about fairly reasonable prices, and Tui's office is located next to the place of work. We took an early booking tour and saved a couple of thousand hryvnias. Until the last moment, we did not know the exact time of departure, because of this we had to leave for Boryspil earlier, we did not sleep at night, at 6 in the morning we were put on a plane. the second point is that the ticket initially indicated the departure time from Kemer at 4 pm, and after the reservation, when we were already picking up, we bought the ticket, the time was changed and we lost the day, the flight was at 8 am! at 3:40 from the hotel. This was not a pleasant moment. To be honest, I would not have bought a tour, knowing in advance that we have night flights. all the same, I would like the tour operator to be responsible for the information provided to tourists, and if the time changes, then at least the difference is not such a huge hour, two maximum. The tour was purchased for 6 nights. In total, our stay at the hotel was five and a half nights and five and a half days.
