Tui is the worst tour operator, if not worse. Namely, these are common scammers. They just rip people off for money. I'll start from the beginning:

Mi families decided to have a holiday this summer in Turkey. We looked at a bunch of different tours and settled on a couple of options. Arriving at the travel agency, we were convinced of the correctness of our choice. One of the options was a hotel - MC Arancia Resort 5 *. But we were convincingly advised - Ozkaymak Select Resort 5 * Although the price difference was not in his favor (about $ 300 Oskaymak is more expensive) We can say we were convinced and we bought a tour more expensive, as we were told in a much better hotel. Upon arrival in Turkey, nothing foreshadowed trouble. Getting on the transfer bus, the guide confirmed that everything was in order and our hotel was waiting for us. The road, which was supposed to take two hours (and we drove back to the airport just that much), took a little more than five. And upon arrival at the hotel, we understood why. We were simply overbooked. They brought us to MC Arancia Resort 5 * (you remember, $ 300 cheaper) and to all our protests they said that it was already late and the office was not working (that's why they took us so long) and they couldn't help us. Either we stay here or we sleep outside. We didn’t even stop at the Ozkaymak Select Resort 5 * hotel, which means that the guide initially knew about overbooking and did not warn us. Or is it such a divorce scheme, they sell a more expensive tour and settle in cheaper and pocket the difference.

Tour guides from the tour operator Tui is a separate story! They settle us in the MC Arancia Resort 5 * hotel (well, what else could we do not spend the night on the street with children) and give a TWO-MONTH room for three adults and a child! And the guides (two) sit quietly in the lobby and play on smartphones. They don't respond to my calls at all. From 18:00 to 23:00 I knock out the number due to us at the reception and did not receive any help from the guides. I won’t write about the hotel itself because I appreciated it on many sites. I will say one two out of five stars are clearly bought.

Arriving from Turkey, we filed a complaint with the Tui office. To which, after a month of proceedings, they agreed that this was their fault and offered compensation in the amount of $ 30 (the difference between the tours is $ 300). And this is for ruined vacation and money spent. I wish all tourists to better look at the tour operator with whom you plan to spend your vacation.

But I warn everyone against the tour operator Tui! This is pure fraud.
