If anyone has contacted the TUI travel agency in KOMOD or ALADIN, CHECK YOUR TOURS URGENTLY. A swindler Kasyanova Oksana Vladimirovna works there. Now he does not get in touch, he hides and does not return the money. Read all to the end and SEND EVERYONE!!!

On November 2, Kasyanova A.V. (TUI network) I bought a tour to Zanzibar for the New Year holidays. In December, I am informed that the tour to Zanzibar has been canceled due to the cancellation of the plane. I want to relax and I buy a tour to India there (naive girl). The day before departure, Kasyanova calls me and says that there is no confirmation of the hotel, and I am not flying to India. A night of shock and in the morning I am with a friend at a travel agency. I am offered to write a cancellation of the tour to India and after that they will return the money. I say that I will write an annulment after the return of the money (God himself suggested this to me). Kasyanova's husband, Vladimir, began to attack me. I say one thing "Return the money."

Then I contacted the TUI office.

They helped me in that they forced Kasyanov to take my application for a refund. Thus passed the New Year. I'm in Kyiv... THE MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED. TUI lawyers call me and say that they are asking me to tell Kasyanov when she will return the money. And on January 10, they told me: “You gave money not to us, but to Kasyanova.” STOP!! There is a sign in the offices that this is TUI!! They sold franchises and are not responsible for anything.

I immediately started investigating. The tour operator of my tours was Travel Professional Group. I contacted them and got the answer:

“A tour to Zanzibar was booked in your name from 12/27/2017 to 01/07/2018 - an application from Kasyanov Oksana Volodimirivna FOP (TUI Network)

On 11/20/2017 13:29:27 we informed your agent: “Dear colleagues, due to the cancellation of the charter program, we offer you a flight to Fly Dubai on the same dates without additional payments. Please let us know your decision as soon as possible. Thanks!"

11/20/2017 18:49:35 Your agent replied to us: “Tourists are not ready to fly to Fly Dubai, please cancel the application.”

Booking in Zanzibar is not paid, your agent did not receive finances to our company.

There is no booking for India."

As you can imagine, no one agreed with me. I never got my money back!!!!
