TUI is a criminal company

On May 5, 2017, I bought a tour to the DREAM WORL HILL hotel for a period from 07/04/17 to 07/11/17 for early booking. The tour operator TUI pocketed the money, but did not book a room. When issuing documents 3 days before departure (June 30), the TUI operator did not warn about changing the hotel, did not offer a choice of other hotels with the same or better conditions, did not give the opportunity to rebook dates (and this is the main condition in their contract).

The main condition when choosing DREAM WORL HILL was its modernity and novelty of the hotel, the presence of a water park and animation (both for children (we have a child) and for adults), the availability of a la carte restaurants (07/06/17, my husband and I have a wedding anniversary), the presence separate bed for a child.

Upon arrival in Turkey, we were informed about the change of hotel and taken to SURAL SARAY without a choice.

The hotel in which we were brought consists of one 4-storey building and 1 swimming pool. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE: the rooms are small, there is no water park, there is no animation (neither for adults nor for children), there are no restaurants, lunch by the sea in the heat of more than 40 0C (which is unsafe for the health of my child and my husband and I. We tried to eat only vegetables and fruits, so as not to get poisoned (and how many flies, bees and ants were there), there are no snack bars (if the child does not want to eat in the morning, it means he is hungry until 13:30). This hotel is full of retirees and pregnant women. Yes, it’s calm here - like “in a coffin”

We sat in the lobby for almost the entire rest (there is only the Internet and communication with the world).

For all complaints and claims, TUI on the third day was offered to use hotels from the SURAL hotel chain, and this is the nearby SURAL HOTEL, across the SURAL GARDEN road and after 1 km 300 m SURAL RESORT). The first two turned out to be abandoned (no one opened them this year, there are only snakes and lizards), RESORT is very far away, we reached it with the children in the heat (after 20 minutes of walking we returned back - the child became ill). At the end of the third day, we were told that tomorrow we would be moved to a hotel with similar conditions that we had booked. We waited for the fourth day in the lobby in the hope of moving (the hotel was pleasant and corresponded to our reservation), but after dinner we were told that they would move us on the condition that we would pay an additional 780 dollars. This shocked us, since extortion of money is criminally punishable in our country (there is a paper with a photo about the price set). So we sat in the "barn" until departure. The last 3 days we went to the sea (but why buy a tour to Turkey if we have the same vacation in Ukraine)

The rest is completely spoiled, I wrote reviews on the official website, but I did not find them anywhere to view them. They're probably going nowhere. Tomorrow I'm going to the consumer protection department.

We collected a bunch of video and photo evidence with the conditions of our residence: flies, bees and ants on food at lunch, stray dogs on the territory of the hotel and their excrement near the pool (there is a photo with a child in the pool and dog feces near the pool, video of abandoned hotels, photo of the offer pay extra and photos of sent claims, etc.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO FLY VIA TUI - THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION THAT SELLS SERVICES WHICH CANNOT BE PERFORMED, EXQUIRES MONEY AND OCCUPATES IN HOTELS MUCH WORSE THAN THE STATED.

(I bought a Mercedes in May, they brought an old Zhiguli in July and they said if you pay extra $ 780 you will get your Mercedes)
