FRAUDERS! Pay for one thing, get another in the end! They don't want to return the money!

Booked a tour for a large family in Turkey. Immediately offered several tempting options. We chose the one that was most suitable for us in terms of dates, living conditions, beach, pool + slides, meals, flights. Everyone discussed, everything was clarified, everyone promised us and sang beautifully. We chose the Letoonia hotel in Fethiye, 5 stars, ultra all inclusive, and decided to buy a tour. Paid the next day and began to wait for the documents. We were later told that we need to reschedule the dates 2 days later due to Turkish holidays. Then they changed the conditions of the flight: the plane was not at 10:00, but at 1:45. We waited for the documents for 5t! hours before departure, and they didn’t tell me that the documents were ready. I just arrived at the office. It turned out that our hotel has also changed, and the city has changed. That is, ABSOLUTELY ALL the terms of the contract have changed, without my knowledge or any warning. I googled a little about the new hotel and realized that it is absolutely terrible and not suitable for us in any way for a family vacation. I almost immediately stated that I do not accept such changes in the tour and refuse this agency service. He demanded to return the money paid under the contract, and it turned out that this was impossible.. I am suing Kosyanova O.V., I filed an application with Privatbank (I paid through Privat24). I hope to return the money, although the vacation has already been completely ruined.
