The manager found really normal prices for our requests, told in detail what to expect from the hotel / country, answered our questions, although we were not going to take anything from her yet.
Actually, it was precisely because of the detailed answers BEFORE buying the tour, and not, as usual, that the majority, "after", chose this particular tour operator.
