The girls at the agency are very nice. They helped us with the choice of the tour, prompted on all issues. But the guys in Turkey do not deserve more than 2 points. Their goal is only to sell tours, nothing else interests them. Guides are just about anything.
On vacation we flew Windrose, then there were no transfers or delays. And they flew back with a new carrier, but more or less normally.
