OPERATOR TUI - DANGEROUS SCAM!!!!!

TUI are scammers!!!!! especially representatives in Turkey!!!!!

In October 2015 I bought a tour to Turkey, Kemer, Queen's Park Le Jardin 5* hotel.

On the way from the airport to the hotel, we were told that the hotel was closed for tourists and we were being moved to another hotel and another village. Although they were obliged to warn about this before our arrival in Turkey and offer other options to choose from or return the money !!!

We demanded that we be taken to Queen's Park Le Jardin 5* and when we arrived at the reception they told us that the TUI had not reserved a room for us!!!!! and there are no available rooms.

The hotel in which we were settled is much cheaper than the one that I paid for !!!! level 3*-4*, for 3 lines!!! The food was like a cheap roadside motel, the beach is very small and dirty!!!! We were not offered other options, and our wishes were answered that we do not work with these hotels or there are no places in them.

In the same situation were many tourists with whom we lived in this hotel. And surprisingly, only Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians lived in this hotel, and not a single European.

Representatives of the TUI avoided us all 14 days and did not even leave information about the departure the day before departure. We called Kyiv and found out if nothing had changed in the departure schedule and what time they would come for us.

In short, TUI are running scams with tourists to make more money!!!!

The hotel in which we were settled is called SIMENA.

Once it was a chic club hotel of one owner, but after his death, the children divided the hotels among themselves.

It seems that the owner of SIMENA is bankrupt and is not able to maintain this hotel, and therefore hires less staff, few products are purchased, cooks are cheap non-professionals !!!

Animation only for children, A la carte restaurant does not work.

One plus is the beautiful nature and clean air.
