Departure on Friday, September 13 (scary), took place on time. Air carrier "Wind Rose". We arrived in Antalya on schedule at 12.15. At the TUI counter at the airport, on the voucher, they entered the bus number and indicated where to look for it. After 10 minutes of searching, with suitcases and bags, 36 degrees Celsius, we saw a guide with a tag of our bus number, who explained that the bus was delayed. In total, 40 minutes after arrival, a bus arrived and began to deliver our group to hotels in the direction of Kemer. Through the delay of the bus, we got to the hotel at 14.30, respectively, were left without lunch. The next day, the hotel guide Rafik at 14.00 was supposed to meet with vacationers, he started it at 13.40, so we barely made it to the end of the meeting. It’s good that at least he didn’t much push excursions, which are twice as expensive for him than in street agencies. Rafik registered us and warned us that the day before departure, a list with the departure time would be at the reception. The Monna Rosa Beach Hotel, which TUI declares as 4 *, can claim a maximum of 2 *. But we did not lose heart much, the gorgeous nature and the sea did their job, so the rest was a success. By the way, I don't recommend this hotel.. On the evening of September 19, at the reception, they found lists in which the departure from the hotel should be on September 20 at 2.25, departure at 6.00. A night without sleep, at 2.20 we are waiting in the hall. There is no bus at 2.40, we are nervous, the hotel manager reassures us that TUI is always late. At 3.00 we begin to call the hotel guide Rafik, he is asleep and does not pick up the phone. From 4 times they got through, he was awake: Now I'll figure it out. He understood until 3.40, and he did not call back until we called back. It turns out they forgot to pick us up, but don't worry, they'll pick us up in 10 minutes. At 3.50 a bus arrived, which went along a different route and still had to pick up tourists from 5 hotels (for a second, check-in for the plane from 4.00 to 5.15). The bus from TUI, on every bump rattled with a broken suspension and blinked on the tidy with an emergency light of the brake level, it could not accelerate more than 80 km / h. We were overtaken by all the buses, and we nervously looked at the clock. At 5.05 we arrived at the airport. Thanks to the bus guide who ran to accompany us. In my nerves, at the border control, I forgot my bag with money and documents, thanks to the people, they caught up with us and handed us over. They were the last to get on the plane, just before the doors closed.. Nerves, worries, spoiled impressions of the rest and all this thanks to the guides from TUI. I understand that this is a human factor, but how can you forget about your tourists and at the same time, not only somehow compensate for moral damage, but even not apologize? If you are traveling from TUI then be on the lookout, I don't think we are first and last. I do not recommend TUI.
