Good afternoon. I would like to briefly share my impressions of the TUI company, with which we rested in Turkey in July 2013. The overall rating is disgusting. Rude young ladies (guides), met at the airport, on the way they talked about the excursions provided by their company. They actively campaigned to go only with them, as: "I guarantee you, there is nothing better and we are responsible for your health." We went to the islands of the Aegean Sea on a boat. The guide claimed that the boat can accommodate 100-120 people. but, "for the sake of your comfort, we do not take more than 60-70 people." Foolishly believed. It was 120 - optimistic. Both decks are occupied to the ground. If you don’t sit at the bottom, you will burn - 100% at the top. The upper deck without a canopy and sun loungers with orange oilcloth mattresses (like in a hospital), located close to each other. Forced to push with a stranger or lie absolutely side by side. The guide girls sat in a bunch and discussed colleagues. I was forced to listen to this, because. sat with her back to them. One of the guides climbed into the sea in her underwear to swim! Black bra and underpants! Another shouted into a megaphone: "Who does not sit down now in his place, will not get food!". To my question, is it possible to at least briefly tell where we are now, I received the answer: "Dear, this is not a historical excursion, but an entertaining one, go to Ephesus, you will find out everything there!".

After this excursion, both of my children fell ill (fever, vomiting). And it's definitely not the hotel's fault, because. immediately after returning to the hotel, everything started. By the way, the hotel was good - Marmaris Grand Yazici Turban. Well, at least they've already taken it. They also carried it in a different way. The bus that took us to the bay broke down. They waited for a new one for about 20 minutes. It happens and they didn’t wait long, in general, but this didn’t add optimism to us after the horrors of the ship, for sure.

We also did not immediately get into the hammam with the TUI company. On July 26, the bus did not come to our hotel for us. Guide forgot to warn. Let's go 27. The guide, smiling, in a relaxed state, said that this happens often. It has nothing to do with it, the staff from the baths is to blame.

We drove to the airport in some tension, expecting anything. I don’t know why the service is so bad: it’s the company’s policy or people are dumb, but under no circumstances will we go with this company again!
