Nice stay, great food

We went on vacation to Egypt last year. Then the prices were not so biting and in TUI Ukraine we even got a discount. The travel agency is nothing out of the ordinary. A modest and clean office, settled in, which suggests the reliability of the company, and not moving a fraudulent office. The consultant is polite and honest. She said which hotel she was in, which one she liked and which she didn’t, although the first one was much more expensive. Documents for the tour were submitted within 3 weeks. Then Tatyana called and told us the seats on the plane and the date of departure. Things went swimmingly.

Upon arrival at the Serenity Makadi Beach Hotel, 5 stars settled immediately. The room was overlooking the pools, which is good, as at night you could open the window for coolness.

The food at the hotel was good. I didn’t like only juices, but cocktails ... they prepared so many of them that it’s probably impossible to try them all in a week.

For children there was a playground, animators. For adults, it was possible to order diving under water, trips on ATVs.

In general, the holiday was a success and it's all thanks to TUI Ukraine. I express my gratitude to the agency. Hope to use their services again in the future.
