I was well served by the agency. Everything I wanted, everyone took into account my wishes and offered everything that I needed. We had a good sociable girl Lesya. Everything was wonderful in choosing and designing the tour. We didn't have any rescheduled flights, just a slight delay. Everything was great with the transfer: we were met, brought and taken, good staff. They offered excursions on the spot, but we went already prepared. Everything we needed was normally advised, everything went professionally, as expected. Well there was everything to say something bad, there is simply nothing to say.
