I used the services of TUI for quite a long time, earlier, in another city, I had a wonderful operator. But that was a couple of years ago.
I applied here, in Kyiv, to the Goloseevsky branch of TUI (Kyiv, 96, 40th Anniversary of October Avenue) - and that's it! No service, no information, NO! Complete lunacy!!!
I called the TUI department, talked to a specialist (who is currently out of the country). She referred me to an assistant. The assistant turned out to be a poorly qualified specialist who is not able to solve at least one issue on her own, moreover, she (as it turned out later) is generally a trainee. She was not able to send high quality information on tours. One piece of useless garbage with no links. As a result, I lost the opportunity to go on vacation in August!!! and more time and nerves!
I tried to complain to the main office of TUI - there was silence for a month, then the girl from the department called and began to explain why it happened! YES what do I care why? I lost time and money, because then I overpaid for the tour! That's all with this department, but not with TUI in general.
In another branch of TUI (Kyiv, Zolotovorotskaya St., 8/4) we were quickly picked up a tour and I thought our troubles were over!
But hell with two!
NEVER mess with TUI!
I understand this very well, and here's why.
1. INSURANCE
This tour operator provides cheap and unusable insurance. It's just awful: it's a threat to your life!
The essence of the problem:
On the day of arrival in Montenegro, my right side ached, they thought I had appendicitis, I was ill for more than 5 hours. I do not tend to get sick at all, and even more so with the stomach there are no problems. Therefore, the suspicion of appendicitis was the most logical. So here it is:
I open insurance, and there is an insurance company WITHOUT round-the-clock support !!! and without support in Montenegro, in principle, this is a nightmare and horror! - it doesn't fit at all! How I should call them at 23:40 is not clear where. Skype is also NOT round-the-clock, it does not work at night. Why??? Why does he need such insurance at all then ?! Who will tell me what to do, where and how to apply for help in this country?! We don't know how to call an ambulance. Your phones are not roaming. Even if I knew where to call, I would give a few hundred hryvnias in a minute and would not even have time to say what happened. And she couldn’t get insurance, she says there isn’t enough money. And I have something more than 50 UAH. And not enough! Like this! And besides, you won’t call the curator either. He only has a local number. In general, it won't take long to die.
I bent in half looking on the Internet where the hospital is, how to contact, and did not know - if the operation suddenly - will I pay for it? and how do I do all this, what is the order and who will be responsible for my life? Because the insurance is not available!
They all have 24/7 support and a toll free number, but these don't! And do what you want, alone, in a foreign country.
A burst appendix is certain death, and TUI made such a worthless insurance.
So far I could do something else - I spent time studying insurance, then making calls to Skype (which is useless at night, but I didn’t know !!!), then I was looking for an insurance site: you know that their site does not work, does not go anywhere when you open their page from a mobile?! It's just awful, but what if no one has a laptop? As then?! Where to run at 12 at night?
I guessed that I needed a laptop, but it didn't really help. The site is open and working, but there is still no way to quickly contact them.
Then I figured out which operators in Budva, where to buy a number, how to call. Then I looked for how to call an ambulance, then our curator finally answered (I asked about the ambulance), but he gave the wrong numbers! You can go crazy! And then I was completely twisted, and if it had been appendicitis, I would have died by morning!
Thank you TUI! so that they travel all their lives only on such insurances.
2. TOUR - no one is responsible for anything!
We paid for apartments on the 3rd or 4th floor, overlooking the mountains or the sea, and got - a whole lot of NOTHING. Money is a pity, the rest is spoiled, it's a shame. TUI and Join UP! just irresponsible bastards!

They paid a lot, because wanted to have a better rest. As a result, we had a rest worse nowhere, but everything is in order.
We chose luxury apartments, with a beautiful view and other benefits such as a kitchen, air conditioning, in a new villa!!! not to have problems with broken or old furniture, dust and dirt. The TUI travel agency bought an apartment for us from the Join UP travel agency. The host in Budva (Montenegro) was the travel agency Pilon (from Join UP). As practice has shown, Pilon is a gang of idlers and non-professionals. But who cares, these are the client's problems and no one else (.
We arrived, and the same Pilon had already sold our accommodation to others, slipping us apartments only on paper. No one apologized for this replacement, we were rude on the way to Budva by an employee of Pilona, as we tried to figure out why this was so - after all, we received 100% confirmation from the villa itself ... The villa confirmed something (as we later found out), but Pilon decided that we will get by and live in a garbage villa. Therefore, in Pilone, no one wanted to explain anything to us, because I immediately said that I knew about the confirmation, they simply sent us saying that they generally do not answer to us for anything, "... call your tour operator!" - so we were told. And after that, we were forcibly shoved into other Asanovic (Asanovich) "apartments", although I objected and explained what I paid for. I write in quotation marks "apartments" because it is an old room on the 1st floor overlooking ... a concrete wall!, with old furniture, fungus on the curtains, rusty corroded lamps, a non-working washing machine (although it was indicated that it was working), air conditioning in only one room (it’s not clear how another person sleeps in the heat), old worn out unwashed blankets without duvet covers, yes what about duvet covers - we couldn’t ask for toilet paper (it disappeared from the room a day later) and when we started to resent - the owners of this villa came and yelled something at my friends. what's going on here and what right have two old idiots to yell at me (although I only demanded what should be in a normal apartment), no one picked up the phone.
On the day of arrival, I wrote about everything to TUI, but they could not help us: after a couple of days they offered to move to other cities. But where will I go - this is the time to move, get together again, why did I pay so much - to move from city to city?! ... and another city is either Petrovac (not a city, but a village), or Becici - where it takes 50 minutes to get to the free beach, and paid ones at hotels are 50 euros entrance! Well, yes - a great option!
By the way, I don’t understand if all the apartments in Budva were occupied - why couldn’t we just pick up good clean rooms and return part of the money as moral compensation? Do not know.
In general, I realized that I would not achieve anything on vacation, and when I returned, I wrote a letter to TUI demanding moral compensation for living in such conditions, for violating my rights, for rudeness and poor service from the host side.
TUI has already told me that they are not going to be responsible for Join UP! And really, why! That's just they can take money, but to answer - this is not for them, this is the client's problem! Now I'm waiting for a response from Join UP - but they already assured me verbally that I have nothing to expect. And just in case, they removed this Asanovic villa from their site for the time being, although they still had it yesterday. If anything, they will be able to say that they don’t understand me at all and don’t know what I’m talking about. Conveniently!
