They flew to Spain with Tui ... The negative was this: 1. When at the Boryspil airport, she took documents from a representative of the company and asked to make a photocopy of her passport, she refused, referring to the fact that Tui's company does not provide such a service! 2. After an excursion to Barcelona, at half past eleven at night, we were dropped off the bus 2 blocks from the hotel (with three children), and they said: "Walk!"
