Upon arrival at the hotel, we immediately realized that we were scammed. The hotel was terrible, instead of 4 *, settled in 2 *. it was evening and there were no representatives of the company there. In the morning, the guide said that the hotel has a purchased certificate for 4 * and they will not relocate. And solve all issues in Ukraine. After 5 hours of scandal (and we were 14 people), they began to threaten the police, saying that we are scaring all the vacationers (and these are only poor Turks who have nowhere to live). We were offered to move to another hotel, only for a surcharge on the spot. And they didn’t say where to move, only the name of the hotel and that’s it. Moreover, the move is at our own expense, and only after a receipt that we have no complaints about Tui. Those who agreed themselves called a taxi and got to the proposed hotel. This is a money scam!!!!
