Fraud by TUI

As of 03.08. 2020 Sailor's beach hotel (Turkey, Kemer) did not open. Nevertheless, representative offices of the TUI tour operator and travel agencies in Kyiv continue to cheerfully sell tours to this hotel, deceiving tourists! We were confronted on the bus from the airport to the hotel with a worse alternative, the Amara club hotel, which falls short of the Sailor's beach we paid for. To all our demands to move us to another hotel corresponding to the price paid, the Tui hotel guide Irina presented everything in a boorish rude manner so that we should be generally grateful that we were settled somewhere (!!!!!!!!). Having kept us in the lobby with a 2-year-old child, tired after a night flight, and not even offering water, she "find out" from 08.00 to 14.00, without offering any normal solution to this situation. The travel agent in Kyiv, Daria, kept saying that she was "solving this issue." On these words, in fact, all her help to us ended. This was the 1st and last time we traveled with this tour operator
