I ordered a ticket to the Park Inn by Radisson Sharm El Sheikh Resort 4 hotel through this company in the fall of 2013. Impressions are only positive.
I really liked the approach of the employees to work. I told them exactly what criteria of the hotel are most important for me (a large green area, three meals a day with free alcohol, a reef on the territory of the hotel, the presence of a developed infrastructure in the hotel, etc.) and they quickly selected the hotel I needed according to my budget. There were no problems with paperwork either. Everything is very prompt. During the flight and check-in at the hotel, there were no overlays. Of course, not everyone liked the hotel itself. But TUI Ukraine workers cannot be blamed for this. Everything they told me about the hotel was basically true.
