Good tour company, but the guide at the hotel ruined the mood for the day

We chose TUI because we were flying with friends who had a deposit there from an unfulfilled trip.

I really liked that we flew on a UIA plane (I like their planes more than Azur).

In general, there were several nuances regarding the departure, the tour operator could not advise on how best to proceed (it followed immediately that you had an insured event, contact them directly (on Friday late in the evening we have unforeseen circumstances, and on Sunday early in the morning we fly out). We solved our problems ourselves.

But the biggest minus is the representative of the tour operator in the hotel. We lived in Albatros Citadel, the representative calls himself Tuba. Hamlo rare. If you don’t take a tour from him, but scolds him like a youngster, snorts (why did I waste time on you) and makes you write a refusal to travel around Egypt (they say if you don’t buy excursions from me, then I won’t let you buy from others) . We came up the day before departure to clarify what time the bus would be waiting for us, I told you not the information bureau, there is a stand, go read it.
