Terrible company, would definitely not recommend.

This year we flew to Turkey on a ticket from TUI. The tour turned out to be the cheapest in comparison with other tour operators, so they took a chance to take it. First, TUI staff should be more critical in selecting hotels for clients' vacations. We got the Trua Hotel Beldibi 3 *, which in fact turned out to be a solid 1 *, and this is according to the reviews of most vacationers. Secondly, the very service of this tour operator simply ruined our vacation. Arriving in Antalya, we did not receive our only suitcase, which was in our luggage. And we stayed without luggage for 4 (!) days. And this is out of 7 announced on the tour! Our TUI guide in Turkey, Ruslan, did not solve our problem, did not at all try to find out what was with the luggage, where it was, and then, when we had already found out its whereabouts, categorically refused to help pick it up and said that we should pick it up ourselves, so how complaints are received that, they say, representatives of tour operators in Turkey take luggage and steal things from tourists! Although this is COMPLETELY the problem of the airline and the TOUR OPERATOR. As a result, we, who came abroad for the first time, 2 women, spit on everything and went under our own power to Antalya for luggage. And, attention, we were told in the department of lost and found luggage (by the way, communication there is only in English, Turks do not know Russian at the airport) that the luggage remained in Kyiv, from where we flew out via Windrose, and it flew to Antalya the next day . That is, we, solely through the fault of TUI, sat in Turkey without our things for an additional 2 days! We had to buy towels, hygiene products and more or less clothes on the spot in Beldibi, so as not to go there unwashed and naked and just to be on the beach (we also bought swimwear - we all left in a small lost suitcase). In general, I do not recommend using TUI services, your vacation can be extremely spoiled. Disgusting company
