I never want to use this company again and I don't want anyone else to.

Previously, I used their services, there were negative moments, but I did not attach any importance to this and applied this time, which I am very sorry about. I did not like the work of the manager both before and after the purchase of the tour. She reacted inattentively, did not even contact the host, after paying for the tour she disappeared without warning, it turns out she moves to different offices, which is extremely unreliable. Ordered is not what was actually presented. When I tried to contact her from the hotel and managed to report problems, she did not even help and did not call back. The service of this travel agency is at a very low level, starting from the check-in at the hotel and ending with the return transfer.

The bus with tourists missed the plane. Incorrect information about the hotel from the tour operator. After arrival, I wrote a review to the travel agency, received a negative response from the general manager and he did not answer all questions regarding the trip. Irresponsible attitude towards tourists and ignored appeals.
