We were just shocked by this attitude!! Then, after talking with vacationers, it turned out that he behaves like this with everyone! And complained about it more than once! Such people should not meet guests and spoil the mood. We bought the tickets online, through the travelata company, in this regard, I liked everything, the guys sent the documents to the post office on time and explained everything.
