I do not recommend

Alina is a one-time manager, and TA SAPPHIRE TOUR their goal is just to sell something to them, they don't care about the service and their image. In fact, the rest was spoiled, I do not recommend contacting them! An incompetent Travel Agency before departure, I wanted to pay for a package tour through the terminal with a card, so it turns out they don’t have it (where the tax looks) the post-terminal had to make a bank transfer to Fopa in the old fashioned way. They asked us to help with the choice of a good 5-star hotel (for the same budget last year we had a 4-star vacation and everything was at least 2 times higher in quality) for families with children. Upon arrival, the hotel in which we were settled (MASTER FAMILY) turned out to be a weak 3. I gave a tip at the reception in the hope of getting a normal room, but they gave us a family room, but it was killed, although on the ground floor, but with steps without a ramp for baby carriages and a door they don’t close on the balconies, ants crawl around the room, they don’t clean the rooms without an urgent request, the food in the hotel is not tasty and there is not enough of it, the queue is like in a terry soviet sanatorium. In general, TA Sapphire Tour and her manager Alina Savchuk are on my anti-rating list as an incompetent travel agent. ????????????????
