Just returned from Sri Lanka a week ago. I went with a friend for 2 weeks to the Heritance Ahungalla 5 * hotel. The hotel was advised by Alexander, while honestly warning about the weak animation, and about the strong waves, and that it is far from the city, but this did not seem to us a disadvantage - the most for a quiet relaxing holiday! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. →

Once again used the services of the agency "Santa Cruz". We chose Egypt and the Sunrise Grand Select Crystal Bay 5 * hotel in Hurghada. The hotel can be safely recommended, from the minuses a slightly tired number of rooms and the water in the lagoon is cooler than in the open sea. But the service, staff and territory make up for everything) Special thanks to Zhanna from the guest relations, she helps to solve all issues! Thank you "Santa Cruz" for a great vacation!! As always, everything is on the level: reliable and calm. →

Were in Sharm from January 12 to January 19. We stayed at the Reef Blue Bay Hotel. We were 5 adults and two children, although the eldest was already 12 years old, and he was already considered an adult. In Odessa, in Santa Cruz, everything was organized at the highest level, Alexander turned out to be very pleasant in communication. He fully guided us both on prices and on all the questions that we had, for which many thanks to him. →

I would like to express my gratitude to the travel agency "Santa Cruz" !!! This time we rested together at the Marti Myra hotel in early October. Oh well, I liked it. The hotel is wonderful. The food is very varied, everything is delicious, exquisite, both in the main restaurant and in the themed ones (I especially liked the French and Turkish cuisine). →

The worst agency I have ever worked with. Designed for "maybe it will pass" !!! We traveled half the world and have never seen such an attitude where they communicate with you politely, but do not fulfill anything promised! Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff! The hotel is HORRIBLE !!!! Stink, bugs, dirt , blood on the walls!!!! We contacted the management within three days to achieve at least some kind of justice! Nothing but promises! They didn’t even deign to call us back, but they didn’t forget to interrupt us every word when we called and asked to change our hotel. →
