Service is a nightmare. Bought not a cheap ticket to the UAE. Feel like 3rd grade. The manager girl has nothing adequate to offer at all. I connected, as I understand it, "director" - Irina Leonidovna. This is generally a terrible person, and God forbid someone contact her. Generally without going into details. Any other agency - but not SANAVTOTUR !!!
