Feedback on a ski tour to Austria through SAGA.UA

I will briefly tell this unpleasant story. Before making an advance payment for the tour, I asked the SAGA travel agency several times whether they would return the money to me in case of refusal of a visa to the Austrian embassy. They answered yes, they will. When I had already deposited part of the money, and it was time to deposit the entire amount, it turned out that the conditions had changed. In case of refusal, I had to lose 90% of all the cost of the tour. Amazing.

The money was brought in - there was nowhere to go. With a visa, we were lucky and we flew.

No one met us at the airport. Spent a lot of money on roaming and stood for an hour at the airport until we were met by the bus driver.

In the course of our stay, it suddenly turned out that we had to pay an additional tax of 30 euros. In theory, this should be compensated by the company. But at the SAGA travel agency, the manager answered me - “I didn’t know that you had to pay for it, so I didn’t say about it.” It would sound especially funny if the tax turned out to be not 30, but 100 or 300 euros ...

In general, I want to note the inattentive and unprofessional attitude towards customers in SAGA. I don't recommend anyone to go through them.
