We wanted to go to May somewhere where it is not cold, not hot and not expensive. We were offered a tour to Latvia, and we agreed. Tickets and room reservations were made through the Saga company in Kyiv. In Riga, we were met by representatives of a local travel agency (not Saga, but as I understand it - partners). We were taken to the hotel and picked up on the day of departure. →

Lipchuk Miroslav Ivanovich, a big request, teach your manager for the Maldives how to deal with clients - rudeness, ridicule and unprofessionalism for this manager are just off the charts. And this is not the first time with me and with my friends. Excuses of the format "there is everything on the site, look there" to be honest, they are shocking. The question is - why do you need such a manager then? I will recommend to all my friends and on all tour sites not to contact your company until you change your manager for the Maldives for an adequate manager. →

I will briefly tell this unpleasant story. Before making an advance payment for the tour, I asked the SAGA travel agency several times whether they would return the money to me in case of refusal of a visa to the Austrian embassy. They answered yes, they will. When I had already deposited part of the money, and it was time to deposit the entire amount, it turned out that the conditions had changed. →
