The tour operator did not provide all the information about the holiday destination. The advertisements in the travel agency do not correspond to reality, it was not said that you need to go to the sea from the Ai-Liya base with passes, through the children's camp from 6-23. The food did not match the advertisement, there were only set meals, there was no choice of dishes. The whole group with tourists was not satisfied with the "euro class" bus. The only air conditioner was open windows. Luggage did not fit in the luggage compartment and the bags were on the aisle.
