Very bad communication experience and disrespectful attitude.

We chose this company randomly, on an Internet. Before buying a ticket with us were polite. After the purchase (signing of the contract), we were called to the office in the evening under the pretext that one of the bills with which we paid for the tour was a gift (there are gift bills of 200 UAH, as it turned out).

The operator, however, called this bill fake. We gave the money in the morning, they were counted several times (2 people). As we later understood, it is in this way - by sight and touch in this travel agency that they determine the authenticity of money. In the evening they returned the gift bill to us and we gave them 200 UAH. We could not refuse the services of this company - according to THEIR words, because the contract had already been signed. They threatened us with the police, explaining that if the police came, we would not be able to go abroad on our ticket later, the travel agency employees behaved extremely disrespectfully towards us. We received money for the tour at an ATM and at the post office (by postal order) and this, in our opinion, excluded the possibility of having this bill in our money. In addition, it was very different in appearance and color from other banknotes with which we paid.

Of course, we will not be using this company again. And we won't recommend it to anyone. Friends are shocked by this story. The lawyer assures us that we shouldn't have given them 200 UAH. We really wanted to go to court and the prosecutor's office, but we didn't want to see these faces again, so we didn't. In addition, the rest, organized by the Kiev partner of this company (OASIS), turned out to be good.
