We flew with a girl to Sri Lanka. Collected money for a long time to realize a dream.

First, we were met by the manager Valentina, who spoke very nicely and smilingly about the tour, signed an agreement, etc. What happened in the end:

1 - They lied to our eyes and did not say that in the place where the ticket is NOT in season. And then they justified themselves that how could they know. Great for a travel agency.

2 - We were placed in the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life (Olenka Sunside Beach). Everything is dirty, greasy, rusty, the food is nauseating.

3 - When ordering a tour, they focused on a good beach - so there was no beach there - dirty sand with a cliff into the ocean in which it is not a season (in Sri Lanka it is not a season when the ocean is very stormy)

4 - They promised a Russian-speaking guide Anton, who will live with us at the hotel. We were met by the guide Duminda, who knows only a couple of phrases in Russian like "book excursions only from me, $ 35, my phone is on your envelope", English is not better.

5 - After moving to the normal part of the island (at their own expense), they did not want to take us to the airport (although this was included in the price)

6 - We flew from Kyiv, on the last day before departure we were informed that we would fly back to Kharkov, because allegedly the flight to Kyiv was canceled. Then, when flying back, a neighboring plane flew to Kyiv in 10 minutes. Those. he was.

7 - Little things like the lack of the promised internet, etc.

Outcome. Absolutely inhuman attitude. The main thing is to earn money, and not to arrange a good rest for people.
