I express my gratitude to you. travel agency! I did not even know when I went to you that such a warm welcome awaits me.

I did not have time to arrive during working hours due to workload, but the agency assured me that they would wait. Pleasant, bright faces of two young people (Eugene and Tatyana). We met at the crossroads, took us to the office, treated us to coffee (there was brrr on the street), discussed possible recreation options - my husband and I wanted to go on some bus tour of Europe (we have a multivisa). We went far from the first time, but a conflict arose with the previous agency (negligent attitude), so I decided to look for a travel agent based on reviews.

In "Robinson" we were offered a number of wonderful special tours for people with multiple visas - and in half an hour we already paid for an excellent option with a route through Poland to the Czech Republic. Autumn Europe - something with something!! Those red-and-yellow trees, the fields, the orange-tiled houses... eh. I love bus tours for this - you go and see how people live abroad. I apologize for my inconsistent review - emotions overwhelm :)
