To our claims, the manager Irina answered literally the following: "For the money that you paid, I'm not going to listen to you." This is not counting the fact that we were driven from room to room for 7 hours. Our indignation knew no bounds, they wanted to take the money and find suitable housing, so the director Evgeny told us that no one was going to return anything. Today, rumors spread that we would have to get our own backwards, because the director in a drunken stupor beat the bus driver, they say the police came and the driver left for Kharkov.
