Very unpleasant impressions were left from the travel agency, from the very beginning there was a scam. . . It consisted in the fact that they have a group of tourists from our city going on vacation to Sozopol in the 2-star hotel "Kaliano", but if you wish, you can find something better for yourself. . . because we were traveling with two small children, we wanted comfort. As if by the way, we were offered a 3-star hotel "Starfish", they promised to call back. Then, assuring that all the rooms in this hotel have been occupied for a long time and there are only apartments, and they already need to be booked - there are a lot of people who want to! Naturally, we asked them to book, giving part of the amount and documents for opening a visa. Two weeks before departure we paid the rest of the money and the day before departure we received: documents, insurance and a voucher for accommodation. At 5 in the morning, we were the only ones who got on the bus to Bulgaria and our adventures began, to my question, where are the rest of the tourists, our escort replied that we would collect them on the way. Our route ran through Rivne, Ternopil, Yves ano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi. I will not describe in detail how we got there.. But no one met us in Sozopol, although they assured us that they were already waiting for us! And we were SHOCKED by the apartments! My husband and I asked again 5 times: "Is this really an apartment ????quot; All "apartments" are rooms with a total area of ​​​​14 square meters. where one adult can hardly pass, children need to climb onto the bed or snuggle up to the wall. . . and for this 68 euros per day???? A tiny balcony that overlooks the terrace of the owner's restaurant. . . in the evenings, listen to the drunken delirium and laughter of visitors. . . not the first line, 70 meters to the sea, to the beach and even more. . . And this is an apartment. . . . in general we were very disappointed. . . . and if not for the sea and wonderful Sozopol. . . the only thing that calmed us in this situation. . . Having arrived and analyzed everything, I decided not to have any more business with this company / and I do not advise all my friends to contact it, because. I think that I was simply deceived! And I wish everyone to order services only in proven travel agencies and have a good rest!!!
